Recruitment Process
Commitment to Quality
With our strong tech knowledge, we provide only CVs that match the role requirements. This is why we only share 2-5 CVs per role. In 95% of cases, one of these candidates will get hired by the client.
We Work Fast
We provide the first CVs in 6 working days, often sooner. Our track record includes, for example, headhunting an iOS Swift candidate within 24 hours who was successfully hired for the role.
Experienced in Demanding Roles
We only focus on the IT and Tech market, which has made us very experienced even with the most demanding roles in this field. As an example, we have a track record of filling a niche cybersecurity role and demanding Principal Architect position, among many other "unicorn" positions.
Innovative Approach
We always look outside the box and seek to find modern and creative ways of working. With our innovative approach, we can often find candidates who are usually out of reach if you only rely on common headhunting methods.

I have experience in all the possible roles from the market, but my main focus is on senior level embedded, cloud, devops and cybersecurity roles.
